Details:

Our dearest Father Christmas, also known as Santa Claus, wants each and every one of us to be able to comfortably receive and explore experiences in his village at Arctic Circle in Lapland. One of the most important services -if not the most important – are the reindeer rides and other programs with reindeer. This is why Santa brought his reindeer to the village, to the backyard of Santa Claus Office.

The rides start right next to Santa Claus Office. There are different kind of rides and safaris available.

Cancellation
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the starting time, there will be free cancellation.
If the cancellation is made 7-3 days before the starting time, the cancellation fee is 50%.
If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the starting time, the cancellation fee is 100%.
In case of Force Majeure (pandemic, natural disaster) we follow the policies mentioned above.
